How do you source your vintage denim?
Every piece of E.L.V. Denim is made from 100% upcycled vintage denim sourced from local warehouses. We take discarded garments and transform them into modern, luxury pieces, ensuring that no two pairs are exactly alike.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping from our London studio. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic UK shipping is complimentary, while international rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I find the right size?
Since vintage denim lacks the stretch of modern fabrics, we recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing them to our specific size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that as a sustainable brand, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce the carbon footprint of returns.
How should I care for my E.L.V. Denim garments?
To preserve the quality of the vintage fibers and protect the environment, we recommend washing your denim as little as possible. Spot clean when necessary, or wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and always air dry.
Are your products truly zero-waste?
Yes. Our production process is designed to minimize waste. Even the smallest scraps of denim left over from our jean production are repurposed to create accessories or smaller design details, ensuring nothing goes to landfill.
