At E.L.V. Denim, we are committed to the circular economy and want you to love your unique, upcycled pieces. If your garment isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are still intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
